Shipping Information
Packages are sent from our facility within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order by the shipment method you choose. You may request the Rush option at checkout for same day processing - see details below. The cost of shipping is calculated by weight and destination using real time rates from FedEx. Occasionally the actual shipping cost may vary from what you see on our web site due to surcharges on large or oddly shaped packages. We strive to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. All FedEx ship times are based on business days of Monday - Friday. FedEx Express Saver is a 3 day guaranteed service.
Rush Service:
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. If you would like your order sent out within 24-48 hours by your chosen shipping method, you may add our RUSH SERVICE to your order. Rush orders received before 12noon (CST) M-F, (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped next day. All other rush orders are shipped with highest priority within 2 business days.
Special $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping:
Applies only to online retail orders and is based on orders reaching $85 or more AFTER all discounts. Flat Rate shipping applies only to the 48 Continental United States and is based on our USPS First Class, Priority Mail or standard ground shipping based on the weight (selected at our discretion) and does not apply to any Express selection.
International, U.S. Territories & Outlying Areas (including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico):
The FedEx shipping options presented to you are in most cases much higher than the rates we are able to secure using the U.S. Postal System. Unless you specify otherwise in the notes area as you check out, we will look for the most expeditious and cost-effective way to get your package to you. We will e-mail you with the rates once we have determined the best shipping method for your package.
